| IDSMT Revolving funds |
The schemes under Revolving Fund which has created by Local Bodies under IDSMT programme Guidelines of Central Government. State Institute for Town Planning is designated as Nodal Agency for these schemes under Revolving Fund.. Some of the projects formulated through MPVPS are as under : |
- Shopping Complex
- Community Hall
- Road Development
- Vegetable Market
- Bus Stand Development
- The revolving fund created by local bodies till now is Rs. 2945.83 lakhs by 30 Municipal Council/Panchayat of Madhya Pradesh.
- The schemes are being formulated under Revolving Fund are amounting to Rs. 8.00 lakhs for 14 towns. Rest are under preparation.

Uidssmt Schemes |
| The UIDSSMT Schemes under JNNURM programme of Central Government was launched in year 2005 to improve infrastructure of Small & Medium towns. State Institute for Town Planning was the Nodal Agency for these schemes from 2005 to 2009. In this period there were schemes of 33 towns were scrutinized and forwarded to Central Government for financial assistance. Categorically break-up is as under : |

| Development Authorities |
State Institute for Town Planning provides architectural and structural consultancy to various organization including town Development Authorities of Madhya Pradesh. These are either in-house or through outsource to other consultant depending of volume of work. Some of the projects are being formulated for newly formed Development Authorities are as under : |
